Garlic Parmesan Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of kale (curly kale absorbs the oil and flavor best)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
Grated parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash, dry, de-stem (optional), and chop one bunch of kale
Place on a baking sheet. Make sure it is fully dry!
Drizzle about 3-4 tbs of olive oil.
Sprinkle 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Grate two garlic cloves on top.
Sprinkle two handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let them fully cook before enjoying!
