Join us for a heartfelt celebration of family, community, and tradition at J.R. Organics Family Farm, a fourth-generation organic farm dedicated to nourishing people and the land. This special evening is more than a dinner—it is a tribute to the hardworking Rodriguez family, who have cultivated this land for over a century, and a way to bring the community together through food, storytelling, and connection.

Meet Chef Coral Strong
Chef Coral Strong, formerly of Garden Kitchen, is a champion of hyper-local cuisine. She creates menus based on what’s fresh and in season, working closely with farmers, ranchers, and artisans. Her cuisine is 100% from scratch, accommodating vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free preferences.

Meet Chef Tony A. Bennett Jr.
Chef Tony A. Bennett Jr. is a distinguished culinary artist with over two decades of experience, blending Southern charm with global flavors to create unforgettable dining experiences. Raised in Danville, VA, his rural roots instilled a deep appreciation for warmth, hospitality, and bold flavors. His culinary expertise has been shaped by extensive travels through Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Mexico, the Middle East, and South America, crafting a unique fusion of rustic comfort and international gourmet cuisine.
From military kitchens to elite yachts in San Diego, Chef Tony has catered to high-ranking officials, athletes, and celebrities. A decorated chef, he has earned accolades such as the Mid-Atlantic Cooking Competition medal and the NCAAWA 1st Place Vegan Award. Passionate about mentorship, he supports aspiring chefs through the Bad Boys of Culinary Foundation, leaving a lasting mark on the culinary world.

Meet Chef Doug Settle
A Southern California-based chef with nearly 20 years of hospitality experience, Chef Doug Settle brings a deep passion for proper ingredient sourcing and appreciation for those who grow, raise, and harvest our food. Raised in the Appalachian Mountains, he developed a lifelong connection to gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Currently, Doug leads culinary events at The Ecology Center, a 28-acre Regenerative Organic Certified farm, and operates Hearth & Harvest, a tasting experience in Oceanside. His cuisine highlights the freshest local ingredients while telling the stories of dedicated farmers, ranchers, and artisans.

Help with setup, guest check-in, and vendor coordination, and experience the joy of bringing people together on the land.
