What if I don’t like something in the box?
Farmers market pick up (exchange up to three items for equivalent value from the tables)
Can I switch my pick up site?
Yes, you can change the pick up location for one or more dates. By Saturday night before a scheduled delivery you can change it through our online ordering system. Just go to your calendar and click on the “move delivery” option (green & white).
Do you credit my account if I miss my box?
Our official policy is that we are not responsible for unclaimed boxes. At markets, they are donated to charity. At other sites you may receive a courtesy call at the end of the day from your pickup site host, or you will have to call to make arrangements.
What happens if I go on vacation?
You can place your box on hold. This can be done for one date, or for multiple dates, done one by one. 72 hours if I miss the deadline.
